The Application Process
The Palm Club Village I Condominium Association, Inc. is a Hovnanian Development built in 1983. We are a gated community centrally located in West Palm Beach, Florida between Military Trail and Village Boulevard, just North of Community Drive and South of 45th Street. Our main gate, for residents and guests, is off of Military Trail, with a back gate for residents only off Village Boulevard.
All new residents (homeowners and renters) are required to complete a screening packet. This packet contains an application for residency in The Palm Club, permission for background check, and a copy of our Rules and Regulations. Any homeowner or renter must successfully complete this screening process and be approved prior to becoming a resident of The Palm Club. This is intended to ensure that all residents comply with certain eligibility requirements, and to make sure each resident is informed of the rules and regulations governing our community.

ESA - Service Animal Application
Under the Federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act, the Association is considered a housing provider and must make reasonable accommodations for assistance animals, including and emotional support animal.
