Dear Realtors & Prospective Residents,

Thank you for your interest in Palm Club Village 1 Condominium Association.  To assist you and your clients, please be aware of the following community requirements:

1. Purchasers and Tenants must complete the Association’s application and approval process prior to closing or moving in.
2. Owners may not lease their unit during the first twelve (12) months of ownership.
3. After the initial twelve-month ownership period, units may be leased only once per year in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
4. Short-term rentals, including Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms, are strictly prohibited.
5. All tenants and purchasers must be approved by the Association prior to occupancy.
6. Residents and tenants must have their vehicle registration listed at a Palm Club Village address in order to be issued transponders and decals.  Until this is completed, they will need to use the gatehouse line for daily passes. PCV1 Vehicle Registration Notice
